Our Core Values

Player Development

We focus on developing the whole person, not just the athlete. Our practices are designed to build resilience and prepare players for a faster, more competitive game.

Team Culture

Our number one rule is to maintain a positive attitude and fiercely support each other. We treat mistakes as learning opportunities, not reasons for frustration.

Fair Opportunity

Playing time is earned through hard work and a great attitude. While we compete to win, we ensure every player is a valued contributor to the team's success.

Season Schedule & Commitment

I believe in being completely transparent with families about the time and financial investment required for the season. We are planning to play approximately 10 tournaments in the spring and summer, with the potential for one additional tournament this fall. The majority of these will be local along the Front Range, but we are also targeting one out-of-state tournament, which provides a fantastic opportunity for team bonding and exposes the girls to new regional competition.

We are estimating the player fee for this season to be in the $2,500 range. Please understand that we do not have the exact final cost yet, as tournament and facility prices change every year. Once finalized, this fee will cover the essentials required to run a competitive program, including tournament entry fees, player uniforms, team equipment, etc.

The In-Season Player Hub

Once the final roster is set, this website will transition into a dedicated hub for our team. Here are a few resources you can expect to find here this fall:

  • Curated Drill Library: Embedded YouTube playlists and specific mechanics drills for athletes to get their reps in at home.
  • Tournament Schedule & Links: A clean list of our season's dates and locations, providing direct access to official tournament brackets and park maps.
  • College Recruiting Roster: A dedicated page featuring player profiles, graduation years, and direct links to your athlete's personal YouTube highlight reels to easily share with college programs.
  • Team Sponsors: A showcase of any local businesses and community partners that help support our roster.
